Our range of support & fixing for electrical networks
What is an electrical network?
An electrical network is a set of interconnected infrastructures and components that enable the distribution and management of electrical energy in a building. This system ensures the power supply to all equipment, including HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), guaranteeing their optimal and secure operation.
Essential to electrical networks, cable trays allow routing of cables and wires in various environments. SUFIX markets a complete range of support solutions to ensure fast, reliable, and durable installation of your electrical networks. Our products can be easily wall-mounted, suspended from the ceiling, or adapted to other more technical projects. They effectively protect cables and facilitate access for potential maintenance.
Our products are mainly manufactured in electro-galvanized steel (EZ) or sendzimir (GS) to withstand the test of time.
Wire cable tray
An ideal solution for efficient cable management, SUFIX wire cable trays are lightweight, robust, and easy to install. They are recommended for challenging environments and offer visibility of electrical cables indoors or outdoors for easier maintenance.
Our range includes different models of wire cable trays that allow support and storage of cable installations. Our range, equipped with a click system, simplifies the assembly of cable tray sections without screws, thus offering an economical solution that reduces both material costs and labor costs.
All our cable trays are manufactured according to international standards IEC 61537.

Sheet metal cable tray
Adapted to industrial or commercial electrical installations that require increased protection, our cable trays offer robustness and durability. Sheet metal cable trays, also called cable tray slabs, are perforated supports designed to facilitate cable routing while providing mechanical protection and good space management.
Its perforated and embossed base increases transverse and longitudinal resistance, increasing load capacity. It prevents liquid retention and reduces weight. Applications: channeling, transport, and distribution of cables in electrical and/or telecommunications installations.
Our LX model, manufactured in perforated and embossed sendzimir steel, can withstand temperatures ranging from -50° to +150°. It is also equipped with a quick click system that connects sections.
We also offer a wide variety of accessories specific to sheet metal cable trays, such as quick rail clamps, covers, splice plates, or hinges.

Compliance with international standards such as IEC 61537 is essential for HVAC cabling systems for several crucial reasons:
-
Safety and reliability The standard ensures that cable trays can safely support the intended loads, thus minimizing the risk of failure that could compromise the entire HVAC system.
-
Verified mechanical performance Rigorous Safe Working Load (SWL) tests ensure that systems can withstand daily stresses in various installation conditions.
-
Environmental resistance The revised corrosion classification in the standard ensures that cable trays resist the specific environments where they are installed.
-
International compatibility Compliance facilitates obtaining certifications such as CE marking, essential for marketing products in international markets.
-
System integration The standard establishes criteria for using cable trays as protective earth conductors, improving the overall electrical safety of HVAC installations.
The exceptional thermal resistance of the LX model ensures the reliability of HVAC systems in extreme environments. Its specialized composition supports temperature fluctuations from -40°C to +120°C, preventing the formation of thermal bridges and condensation. This thermal stability guarantees continuous operation even in difficult conditions, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance needs.
Additionally, the anticorrosion properties of the LX model protect against environmental degradation, making it an ideal solution for maintaining operational integrity in demanding industrial or outdoor installations.
