Implementation and Use

Installation

1. Site preparation: Clean and level the surface intended for the frame. Check the load-bearing capacity of the structure.
2. Waterproofing protection: Ensure anti-vibration mats are placed under each contact point to protect the waterproofing membrane.
3. Foot assembly: Attach the feet according to the desired configuration, respecting the recommended distances.
4. Height adjustment: Adjust the feet to the required height. Follow DTU 43.1 rules. The minimum height is 40 cm for L ≤ 1.20 m. For L > 1.20 m, the minimum height is 80 cm.
5. Drainage check: Ensure the installation does not block rainwater drainage.
6. Equipment attachment: Install HVAC equipment following the manufacturer’s technical recommendations.

Maintenance

  • For L > 1.20 m: minimum height of 80 cm
  • Exception: reduced height to 30 cm possible if the equipment can be dismantled during waterproofing work
• Weight and transportability:
  • Each support block must not exceed 90 kg to allow handling by two people
  • This requirement facilitates interventions on waterproofing without lifting equipment
